Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy
Pelvic floor dysfunction, which can occur due to variety of factors such as pregnancy, childbirth, aging or injury, can lead to a range of symptoms, including urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic pain and sexual dysfunction.
Isha helps provide education about the pelvic floor muscles and how to care for them. This may include recommendations for lifestyle changes such as proper posture and behavioral modifications. Pelvic floor physiotherapy involves exercises to strengthen the Pelvic floor muscles which can help improve bladder/ bowel control and it helps manage the symptoms of pelvic organ prolapse as well. The Therapy includes Internal and external both types of assessment and an individualized treatment plan based on the specific needs of a patient.
Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave therapy, also known as extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT), is a non-invasive treatment technique used to address conditions like tendinitis, plantar fasciitis, calcific tendinopathy, muscle strains and other chronic pain syndromes. The therapy uses high-energy sound waves that are directed at the injured tissues to stimulate blood flow, reduce inflammation and enhance tissue regeneration process.
